1 lb pork chorizo
1 lb ground beef
1-2 jalapenos
2 bell peppers
1 white onion
29 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken/beef stock
2 tbsp taco seasoning / cumin
16oz softened cream cheese
  1. Cook chorizo and chile in pot together until browned.
  2. Add diced onion, diced bell peppers, diced jalapenos, cooke until soft (5 minutes).
  3. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, softened cream cheese.
  4. Allow to cook at least 1 hour on low heat.
  5. Garnish with cheddar cheese if you wish.
