- Cook noodles following instructions on package.
- Mix : 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 1.5 tbsp light soy, 1.5 tbsp dark soy, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp water in bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and chile, cook for 10 - 15 seconds.
- Add onion, cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and fish sauce. Fry until cooked (~ 2 minutes)
- Add green onion, noodles, sauce. Cook for 1 minute (or until suace reduces and coats noodles).
- Remove from heat, add basil, tossing until wilted.
Note : if you can’t get pepper, chili paste is a good enough substitute for heat.
