Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine : corn meal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Melt butter in a cast iron skillet (slightly swirl to ensure even coating for baking).
- Make a well in the middle of your dry mixer. Add: butter, brown sugar, honey, yogurt, and butter milk.
- Mix lightly, just until the batter comes together.
- Pour into skillet used for melting butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
