Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

| 2 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| .25 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| .5 tsp | black pepper |
| 3 tbsp | butter divided |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
| .5 cup | chicken stock |
| 2 tbsp | fresh parsley chopped |
Recipe:
Prep Chicken
- Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in shallow dish.
- Butterfly chicken breasts through center to make 4 even pieces.
- Dredge each piece in flour mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
Cook
- Heat 1 tbsp butter and olive oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
Make Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to same pan.
- Cook 1-2 minutes until garlic begins to brown.
- Pour in chicken stock, scraping up browned bits.
- Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and parsley.
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce before serving.
