Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

2 cups | rolled oats |
.5 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 tbsp | brown or white sugar |
.33 cup | honey or maple syrup |
.25 cup | coconut oil or butter melted |
2 tbsp | water |
.5 tsp | vanilla extract |
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
- Spread mixture on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely, then break into chunks.

- Flax seeds
- Chia seeds
- Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
- Chocolate chips (add after cooling)
- Coconut flakes
- Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
