Homemade Granola

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cups rolled oats
.5 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown or white sugar
.33 cup honey or maple syrup
.25 cup coconut oil or butter melted
2 tbsp water
.5 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
  3. Spread mixture on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool completely, then break into chunks.

Optional Add-ins

  • Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
  • Chocolate chips (add after cooling)
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
