Ingredients:
| Amount | Ingredient |
| 3 cups | chicken broth |
| 1 cup | grits |
| .5 tsp | salt |
| .25 tsp | pepper |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 2 cups | shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 6 slices | bacon |
| 2 pounds | shrimp |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 2 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tbs | chopped fresh parsley |
| 6 | green onions chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
Recipe:
- Bring broth to boil on medium/high heat.
- Stir in grits, cook 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in salt, pepper, butter, and cheese.
- Cook bacon in pan until crispy, remove when crispy Do Not Drain Grease.
- Cook shrimp in bacon grease until pink.
- Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, parsley, onions, and garlic.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Crumble bacon and stir in.
- Spoon grits in to bowl, top with shrimp mixture.
