Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:

| 3 cups | all purpose flour |
| 2 tsp | baking powder |
| 5 tbsp | salted butter (room temp) |
| 1 cup | hot water |
Recipe:
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add butter.
- Pour hot water over butter, stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn dough on floured counter, kneading for 2 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
- Place in bowl, cover with damp towel, let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 12-14 wedges.
- Press into 8 in circles.
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Add small amount of oil, then a tortilla. Cook until little bubbles form (30-60 s)
- Flip, cook an additional 30s.
- Throw directly into mouth.
