Ingredients:

3 cups | flour |
9 tbsp (1.125 sticks) | butter (frozen) |
1 tbsp | sugar |
4.5 tsp | baking powder |
1.25 cup | butter or whole milk |
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl - mix well.
- Grate cold butter into bowl, mix well through out.
- Add buttermilk, mix with fork until combined.
- Flour a surface for rolling.
- Roll and cut your biscuits
Optional : Roll, fold, and rotate 90 degrees 6 times before cutting.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes on a cooking sheet.
Optional : Instead of baking immediately, place between slices of wax paper and put in the freezer. Cook at the same temperature directly from the freezer when ready.
