Amount Ingredient
1 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup stevia/erythritol mix
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
  1. Pour 1/4 heavy cream and gelatin into a bowl together.
  2. Mix remaining heavy cream and almond milk into a sauce pan, heat on medium for a few minutes.
  3. Whisk in cocoa powder and sweetner until well combined.
  4. Add heated mixture to heavy cream and gelatin.
  5. Add salt and vanilla, whisk thoroughly.
  6. Portion into serving container.
  7. Chill 30 minutes and serve.

Note : Add powdered espresso mix if you want a mocha flavor with a little extra caffeine in it.
