Carmel Corn

Ingredients:
| Amount | Ingredient |

| 10 cups | popped popcorn |
| 1 cup | light brown sugar |
| 1 cup | butter (salted) |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
Recipe:
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, thoroughly mix.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, allow to boil for 4 minutes.
- Add vanilla, stir, allow to sit for another minute.
- Add bakingsoda, stir.
- Pour over popped popcorn, and gently fold until coated.
- Pour over lined cookie sheet to cool.
Optional : Bake at 200F for 30 minutes on cookie sheet to make extra crispy.
