Carmel Corn

Amount Ingredient
10 cups popped popcorn
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup butter (salted)
2 tsp vanilla
  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar, thoroughly mix.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, allow to boil for 4 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla, stir, allow to sit for another minute.
  5. Add bakingsoda, stir.
  6. Pour over popped popcorn, and gently fold until coated.
  7. Pour over lined cookie sheet to cool.

Optional : Bake at 200F for 30 minutes on cookie sheet to make extra crispy.
