Ingredients:

| 1 cup | carrot tops loosely packed stems removed |
| 1.5 cups | fresh basil leaves tightly packed |
| .33 cup | pine nuts |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 2 cloves | garlic peeled |
| .5 tsp | sea salt |
| 2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1-2 tbsp | water |
Recipe:
- Remove carrot greens from bunch, rinse, and select freshest greens.
- Add all ingredients except water to food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time until creamy and dippable.
- Taste and adjust salt, lemon juice as needed.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, pasta, or as spread.
