Ingredients:

| 1 cups | heavy cream |
| 1 tablespoon | powdered gelatin |
| 1 cup | almond milk |
| 1/2 cup | stevia/erythritol mix |
| 1/2 cup | unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
Recipe:
- Pour 1/4 heavy cream and gelatin into a bowl together.
- Mix remaining heavy cream and almond milk into a sauce pan, heat on medium for a few minutes.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sweetner until well combined.
- Add heated mixture to heavy cream and gelatin.
- Add salt and vanilla, whisk thoroughly.
- Portion into serving container.
- Chill 30 minutes and serve.
Note : Add powdered espresso mix if you want a mocha flavor with a little extra caffeine in it.
