- Put sweetener, lime juice, eggs into a medium sauce pan. Whisk.
- Add butter, place on medium heat.
- Allow butter to melt, then whisk continuously for at least 10 minutes as mix thickens. (Should coat the back of a spoon
that has been dipped in.)
- Place into bowl. Add cream.
- Whisk/Whip until smooth.
- Add additional sweetener to taste.
- Put into containers, place into freezer.
Note : Can put mixture into ice cream maker instead of freezer. Also just refrigerating leaves you with something more akin
to a sweet yogurt.
