1 cup | natural peanut butter (no added sugar/salt) |
8 tbsp | almond flour |
16 tbsp | erythritol |
10 tbsp | stevia sweetner |
4 oz | unsweetened baking chocolate |
4 tbsp | MCT oil |
Recipe:
- Mix : peanut butter , almond flour, 8 tbsp erythritol, 2 tbsp stevia ; into a bowl. If very dry, add a little MCT oil and mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl: melt baking chocolate mixing in 8 tbsp stevia, 8 tbsp erythritol, 4 tbsp MCT oil.
- Press chocolate and peanut butter into “mini cupcake” silicone baking sheet.
- Allow to set into freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Pop out and store in a refrigerated container.
