Amount Ingredient
1 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar/salt)
8 tbsp almond flour
16 tbsp erythritol
10 tbsp stevia sweetner
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
4 tbsp MCT oil
  1. Mix : peanut butter , almond flour, 8 tbsp erythritol, 2 tbsp stevia ; into a bowl. If very dry, add a little MCT oil and mix until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl: melt baking chocolate mixing in 8 tbsp stevia, 8 tbsp erythritol, 4 tbsp MCT oil.
  3. Press chocolate and peanut butter into “mini cupcake” silicone baking sheet.
  4. Allow to set into freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Pop out and store in a refrigerated container.
