Pizza Dough

Amount Ingredient
4 cups flour (bread or all purpose)
1 tsp sugar
1 packet yeast
2 tsp kosher salt
1.5 cups water (110 F)
2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a stand mixer bowl.
  2. While mixer is running, add water and oil. Beat until dogh forms into a ball.
  3. Remove from bowl, then knead into a smooth firm ball on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Grease a bowl with some olive oil, place ball of dough inside.
  5. Allow to rise until double in size (1-2 hours).
  6. Divide into 2 portions.

Optional Additional Steps for Extra Flavor 7. Place dough into a plastic bag with a little olive oil. 8. Refridgerate overnight before use.
