Slow Cooker Korean Beef

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cups beef broth
.5 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
.5 cup brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp white pepper
3 pounds boneless beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 green onions
1 tsp sesame seeds
Recipe:
  1. Put beef into slow cooker.
  2. Mix together everything but the cornstarch, onions, sesame seeds and beef. Pour into slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. (3-4 on high)
  4. Whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water, stir mixture into slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes (or until the sauce has thickened).
  5. Serve, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame if desired.
