Slow Cooker Korean Beef

Ingredients:

| 1 cups | beef broth |
| .5 cup | reduced sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos) |
| .5 cup | brown sugar |
| 4 cloves | garlic |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | grated ginger |
| 1 tsp | sriracha (or more to taste) |
| 0.5 tsp | onion powder |
| 0.5 tsp | white pepper |
| 3 pounds | boneless beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes) |
| 2 tbsp | cornstarch |
| 2 | green onions |
| 1 tsp | sesame seeds |
Recipe:
- Put beef into slow cooker.
- Mix together everything but the cornstarch, onions, sesame seeds and beef. Pour into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. (3-4 on high)
- Whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water, stir mixture into slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes (or until the sauce has thickened).
- Serve, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame if desired.
