Ingredients:

| .25 cup | popcorn kernels | 
| 2 tbsp | canola oil | 
| 2 tbsp | sugar (white or brown) | 
| 1 tsp | salt | 
Recipe:
Have a bowl ready to dump the pop corn into so it doesn’t burn.
- In a large pan, heat oil with 3 kernels over medium - medium/high heat.
- Once all three kernels have popped, dump in remaining kernels.
- Allow to heat for 10-15 seconds, then dump sugar and salt in.
- Alternate swirling violently for 3-5 seconds and resting for 3-5 seconds.
- Allow to pop until 3-5 seconds between pops.
- Immediately dump into waiting bowl.
